I am trying to get any information I can on Welcome Maxson. The only information I have about him is the following:
born between 1810 and 1814 in Westerly, RI
married Luana (or Luanne) Stillman in Westerly about 1835
they separated or divorced shortly afterward because she married my great great grandfather Robert Green Clark in 1836 and they lived in Stonington, CT
died about 1866
I am trying to find out why Welcome and Luanna separated or divorced, and where
where Welcome lived after the separation or divorce
where he died
The only thing I can find about him is on FamilySearch.org at: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/9FP6-QWY
Any leads anyone can provide will be much appreciated.
